Menachem Oren D.M.D

Dr. Oren received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Bologna Medical School in 1982. He received his D.M.D. Degree at Tel Aviv University School of Dentistry in 1986 and was awarded the Daniel Sarnat Award for Outstanding doctoral thesis there in 1990. He earned his D.D.S. Degree From the University of Rome School of Dentistry in 1993.

Dr. Oren was awarded his Certificate in Periodontology from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1999 and became a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology in 2000. From 1979 to 1982, he was the Director of the Public Health Service Dental Clinic in Sderot, Israel and has been in practice as a periodontist in Los Angeles from 1999 to the present. His teaching experience includes being a Faculty member of the Department of Operative Dentistry at Tel Aviv University from 1990 – 1996 and from 1994 to 1996 he was the Director of the Israeli Dental Board Preparatory Course at the University.

Additionally, from 1997 to 1998, he conducted Clinical Periodontal Seminars to Undergraduate students at Temple University. Dr. Oren is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Academy of Periodontology, the California Society of Periodontists and the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
